About Us: Who We Are
We are a husband and wife team who have worked in hospitality for 30+ years. Lino opened his first coffee shop, Lettierii's, in the early nineties. He then moved to Vermont and opened La Pista. Due to a family emergency Lino moved back to Canada, where he became the chef for the Toronto Blue Jays. In 2001 he opened On The Move Catering & Events, which is currently serving Mississauga & the GTA. In 2015 Lino and his wife Sylvia opened Pizzeria Dei Sassi. Lino had planted the seed of starting a prepared meals company. With the 2020 global health & economic crisis, Simmer & Stirred was born. Lino is a husband and father, who wants to bring his healthy & hearty food to families at an affordable price.
Meal Delivery Service
Simmer & Stirred offers high quality prepared gourmet meals at an affordable price. We also accommodate most dietary restrictions. We offer dairy free, gluten free, halal, vegetarian and vegan options. We offer a monthly membership or pay as you go options. Our meals can be picked up or delivered. All prepared meals are frozen except our grab & go.

Meal Delivery Details
We have a minimum order of $120 for meal delivery services, plus a $10 delivery fee within the GTA and applicable taxes.
No minimum for pick up orders.
